Ondřej Kocourek is the founder and partner of coLEGAL. Prior to founding the firm, he worked at a leading Czech law firm for almost 7 years, including more than 3 years as a managing associate.

He focuses on commercial law, transactions, railway law, contracts and international trade law.

He most often helps clients develop their business, implement projects or negotiate transactions. Whether it is a start-up, a medium-sized company or a large corporation.
