Ondřej Kocourek is the founder and partner of the law firm coLEGAL. Before establishing the firm, he spent many years as a managing associate at a top tier Czech law firm.
He specializes primarily in commercial law, corporate law and transactions, railway law, real estate, and international commercial law.
He provided legal advice to a number of leading Czech and multinational companies operating in the fields of railway transport, logistics, the defense industry, e-commerce, construction, and other related fields.
In the field of railway law, he often assists clients with railway regulation, drafting contractual documentation for the implementation of ETCS into rolling stock or its modernization, preparation of public tenders or client participation in them, obtaining a Single Safety Certificates etc.
In the area of corporate law and transactions, he handles company formations, business structure setups, defining relationships between shareholders, and company or asset acquisitions. He regularly advises clients on their day-to-day commercial law agendas, relationships with business partners, and internal operations and compliance.
