Digitalization of HR
Thanks to an amendment to the Labour Code, effective from 1 October 2023, it is finally possible to convert all labour law documents into digital form!
- We'll help you choose the right HR digitalisation process to comply with the law and best suit your practice.
- If you have a practical solution already in place or at least devised, we will assess its benefits and risks and help you fine-tune it for your legal certainty
- We will revise your internal regulations and model documents to comply with current law and reflect actual practice
- We will add those documents that are newly required by law (e.g. consent to electronic delivery or home office agreement)
- We will train management and employees on the legalities of digital documents and electronic signing in the context of HR.
